Hey all,
About asking us out, we don't like rejection either... I still think its a stereo type... Personally I'd be elated if a girl asked me out. Its something that has not happend to me in my life ever... That I can think of at least. If you love someone that much, athen I say weather you are a guy or girl, why nnot? Someone has got to make the first move, and sometimes hints don't always work. Sometimes you gotta be outright with people. The worst thing that can happen is they say no, then you go onward with life... I don't think its always the guy that should ask a girl out in other words.. Just my $0.02.. John

Lets be cerious for a minute. If a girl asked you out, you didn't know this girl from a hill of beans, and she asked you out. What would go through your mind? What's the first thing that would go through your mind? Girls don't ask guys out usally because they still think it's the guys job. If he was interested in me, then he would ask me right? It is a good feeling though to be asked out by a girl or woman for that matter. It kind of takes you off your game so to speak, for me anyway I feel like I had one shue on backwords. lol if that makes any sense. In my own case girls tend to be more suttel when asking a guy out. It almost seemed like she wasn't asking me out it seemed more like she, well like she was going there and if you were there then great! It went down like this.

Your pretty cute, call me." Just taht simple. I don't know about you other guys but it's never that easy for me to ask out a girl. lol thanks for the trip whoever started this topic. lol

Hmm, going through the whole asking the guy out thing is never easy. I've spent my life chasing the guy, now, i just want to be chased for once. I've been rejected, and no that's not easy, but it would be nice to be on the recieving end of the chase. Going through that right now, and even though, a big part of me wants to chase him, I'm gonna wait for him to make the first move. Then, if he never does, I'll know he's not interested. LOL.

Thanks, JH. Sometimes it's nice to have guy friends to tell us girls what they think about the whoole thing. That gives me courage, now let's just hope it lasts.
